Business Spotlight: Knemeyers Eatery & Spirits

Don't underestimate the Two Tipsy Sisters (Candy Jones & Casey Smith) of Knemeyers Eatery & Spirits! The doors may be closed, but they've been busy...busy...busy!

Thanks to grants from the Chelan Douglas Port Authority and the Small Business Administration (grants & loans), they've been fortunate to make some great improvements to Knemeyers! A new dishwasher, a new table in the main dining room, partitions, new artwork in the women's bathroom & other fun projects!

The "Brand" table is now proudly displayed to honor the hard working ranchers of the Plateau. They updated the bar and will now be able to provide customers with ice, cold FROSTED glasses!

Another big project is new exterior signage/lighting that will be going up in the next several weeks, thanks to a grant from Waterville Main Street Association!!

Luckily they have a few more weeks to finish up projects that will give customers some new things to enjoy during their next visit.
